Messenger head David Marcus revealed the news via a Facebook post, saying that the company decided to update the app in honor of Copa America and Euro 2016, thus throwing in a mini soccer game.

The goal in playing the game is to keep the soccer ball in the air as long as possible. To start, you have to hit the ball then continue tapping to keep the game going. It is also interesting to note that you can check out the scores of your friends you are chatting with (pretty exciting!).

Social media giant rolls out suicide prevention tools worldwide

Social media giant, Facebook, has announced that it will be rolling out its suicide prevention tools and resources on a global scale.

The tools were developed in collaboration with mental health organizations with input from people who have personal experience with self-injury and suicide.

Forefront, Lifeline, and Save.org helped with the initial launch of the Facebook suicide prevention tools in the US. The global rollout will be in collaboration with local partners and will be available in all the languages that Facebook is available in.

With the new tools, users who think someone has posted something that warrants concern can reach out to such persons directly, or report them to Facebook.

Per the global rollout, Facebook will allow people who are prone to suicide, or likely to inflict self-injury, to reach out to a friend of their choosing, contact a helpline, or see tips on how to combat whatever may be their issue.

How to Get An iPad Like App Launcher On Windows

Microsoft experimented with a full screen app launcher back in Windows 8 that it called the Start Screen. The launcher didn’t fare well with users and Microsoft eventually had to get rid of it.

If the idea of a full screen app launcher appealed to you, PaperPlane is a free app launcher for Windows that mimics the launcher on the iPad. The great thing about the app is how easy it is to launch it. It doesn’t interfere with any normal desktop functions and you can add files, folders, apps, and web links to it.


Install PaperPlane and double right-click on the desktop to open it or hit F12. It will automatically add a few apps to the launcher and you can click on any one of them to launch the app. The search bar at the top will let you search the apps added to PaperPlane.

To add more apps to PaperPlan, right-click inside the launcher and add a URL, a System app, a file, folder, or any other app.

The app offers lots of customization options including a different way to add files, folders, or apps to the launcher i.e. via drag & drop. You can enable this mode from the General tab in the app’s settings. You will need to switch to the desk mode in order to add files and apps via drag & drop. You can also customize the animation style.



To customize the size of the app icons, how they are arranged, and how many icons should appear in a row and column, go to the Layout tab. If the default launch shortcut for PaperPlane is interfering with another app, you can set a custom shortcut from the Activation tab. To customize the background of the launcher, go to the Appearance tab and select any background picture from your hard drive. You can also change the blur radius that the app adds.



Last but not least, you can add PaperPlane to the right-click context menu on your desktop, or you can add it to the Send to menu in the right-click context menu.

How to Disable Notification Panel on Windows 10

Notifications have long been a part of Windows but in Windows 10, Microsoft introduced the Notification panel, i.e. the Action Center where all the notifications sent to you by the system or an app would appear.

You can review notifications that you dismissed and interact with them to open a file, event, or email, etc.

The panel also includes some quick access toggles for opening the Settings app, turning on Quiet hours, turning the WiFi On/Off, and more.

The point is, it’s not a useless UI element put there for the sake of making the OS appear more intelligent. It has actual use but if you’re trying to get Windows 10 to look, and/or behave, more like Windows 7 then you might be interested in turning the Notification Center panel Off.

Here’s how.

- Open the Settings app and go to the System group of settings.

- In the Notifications & actions tab, click ‘Turn system icons on or off’ under the Quick Actions buttons.

- Scroll down to the ‘Action Center’ switch and turn it off.

- The Action Center panel aka the Notifications Panel will no longer appear.

The icon will also disappear from the System tray and hitting the Win+A shortcut key will not open it
either.

Notifications will continue to appear like they did before on your desktop.

The option to disable it is perhaps most useful if you’re using Windows 10 on a Surface tablet and are prone to accidentally opening it.

There are no touchpad gestures
configured to open it on a desktop/laptop so it’s less likely to be a nuisance.

That said, if you simply aren’t a fan of the feature, Microsoft has ensured there’s a way to turn it off.

Step 5: Here is for you to customize the set of buttons you want to feature: At the bottom of the screenshot above, you can select the social networks you want and add those buttons to your floating share bar. You can select as many as you want but I will advice you to select the ones you know your site visitors always use. The share buttons are 100%  responsive that is they are mobile- and tablet-friendly.

Step 6: If you don't want a certain share button button, just deselect them by hovering over each on the preview screen and clicking the little ''X'' to remove them.

Step 7: Positioning of the share button for your readers: You can arrange your buttons in any way you want by hovering over each one you want to move, clicking-and-holding it, then drag it to your desired position as seen in the screen shot below, see the way i tried to move the Pinterest button.

Step 8: Finally we are done with the set up of the Share buttons, Now click on ''Save Settings'' to save it.

Now lets add the share button to our blog.

Now add your website to your account and below it you will see the ''Get Setup Code'' click it and get the set up code and add it before the the closing </head> tag in your template and view your blog to see the Floating share button live on your blog both the desktop and mobile view.

Click on ''Sharing'' next to Website page to see the page below...

In the ''Message Format'' section, you will add your Twitter handle so that anytime someone shares your blog post on Twitter you will be notified.

In the ''URL Shortener'' section, I used Goo.gl you can use anyone you want and I left the other ones I don't need.

Then coming down you will see ''Heading'', this is the message your blog reader will see after sharing your content so you can just leave it that, it doesn't end it here you can still show your social networks to the blog reader to follow you. This can be done in the ''Follow Buttons'' section, just edit it, select the social networks you want and insert your profile URL's.

So anytime someone shares your blog post, the Follow us button will pop up for him or her to follow you on your respective social networks.

Shareaholic can still show Related content to your readers if you don't have such on your blog but we are not talking about that today and you can still use the Analytics page to monitor how people have shared your post and the engagement the posts received through Shareaholic.

How to Acces WordPress Dashboard Using SimpleServer & Proxy IP Easily

 

Good day guys here is a Quick & Short tutorial on how to log in to your WordPress Dash Board when using Simple server or Proxy on your Browser.

I have been facing this for past 1 years now which is unsuccessful for me Due to My laziness :p,
well i just discover 3 ways to do this so lets get stated though some people use normal MB to log in or They use Credit to log in. But it is a shit to me, Big Shit and i will be Releasing only 2Steps

Step 1

All you Have to do is just to go to your Dashboard on your mobile and tried to Install WordPress Social Log in Plug in,

one you did this Configure the twitter social network only.

After you Configure the Twitter finished try to open your ('Site.com/wp-admin'), it will prompt to log in, click on the twitter icon Bellow the log in page, it will redirect you to Twitter for log in permission ones you allow the twitter App you will be redirect back, to Set up your WordPress Account, you have to click on Link Exiting Account with Twitter, then enter your WordPress Details and click done.

You will be able to Log in Now, by clicking the Twitter icon again and Allow the Twitter  Permission and You will be redirected back to WordPress Dashboard easily..

Step 2

Go to This Proxy Link enter your (Site.com/wp-admin) url , when it loads login Easily with your Simple Server.

How to Pack Your 1&1 Domain to Blogger Easily With no Stress

You May be Confused on how to pack your 1&1 Domain to your blogger, Because it is not like Godaddy Well, I will Guide you through out this though, i found this TUT on Mridey Blog, i just feel like sharing it with you... Lets Get Started :)


Step 1: Get the Blogger settings

- Go to the basic settings of your blog in the Blogger UI.

- Click the "Add a custom domain" link

- Click the "Switch to advanced settings" link

Enter the sub-domain and domain you would like your blog to use. 

In my case, I purchased domain "bloggeronline.info" and choose to have my blog use "blog.bloggeronline.info". 

Note that you need to specify a sub-domain like "blog" or "www" with your domain name. Then press "Save". It will fail with "Error 12". This is expected.

You will now see two lines displayed that need to be configured on the 1and1 website.

In my case the two lines are:

blog, ghs.goog.com

mf3relchxuxx, gv-kgyql46c766bxw.dv.googlehosted.com

The first line is always the same for everyone, the second line is specific to your own blog and your own account so don't copy my example, it won't work.

Step 2: Go to 1and1.com dashboard

- Go to the 1and1.com website, login, go to domain management

- Click the check box on your domain and select DNS -> Edit DNS Settings

Select DNS, Other IP address and enter 216.239.32.21 and press OK and go back to the 1and1 Overview dashboard.

Back on the dashboard, click New->Create sub-domain

Enter "blog" (or www, or any other string you want for your blog, press OK and go back to the 1and1 Overview dashboard.

Click the check box on that new subdomain, select DNS->Edit DNS settings

Select CNAME, enter "ghs.google.com", press OK and go back to the 1and1 Overview dashboard.

Back on the dashboard, click New -> Create sub-domain again

Enter the first element of the second line we saved in the Blogger settings, mine was "mf3relchxuxx", yours will be different. Press OK and go back to the 1and1 Overview dashboard.

Click the checkbox on that second new sub-domain, select DNS->Edit DNS settings

Select CNAME, enter the second section of the second line. Mine is "gv-kgyql46c766bxw.dv.googlehosted.com", yours will be different. 

Press OK and go back to the 1and1 Overview dashboard.

Now you should have two sub-domains and one domain listed in your dashboard, something like:

Step 3: Wait and wait ...

We need the new settings entered in 1and1.com to be public and visible to Google. This can take up to 48h although usually it's more like 3h.

Step 4: Return to Blogger and apply the custom domain again.

Go through the steps listed in Step 1. If the domain has been registered correctly, you should no longer get an "Error 12" but instead your domain should be accepted and this screen appear:

Click the edit link

Make sure you click the "Redirect" check box and press Save again. This will make your naked domain (yourname.com in my case) also work for your blog.
